I have a tinnitus since 1 month and after starting of tinnitus 6-7 days later i got severe hyperacusis so due to which i m having muffled hearing head heaviness Doctor checked my Hearing its normal now i m under medication but after coming from Doctor 3 days later i have crackling sound in my ears and also sometimes my left ear gets full of air and i hear my own sound loudly.. i also suffer from mild Tmj from many years..I m very confused so many symptoms together plz guide me should i go to doctor again bcz my 25 days medicine are still there so i should go after 15 days

First of all, I know these symptoms can be very frustrating, because there is no direct cause or treatment to them.
Your tinnitus could have started due to many things, tmj problem, or eustachian tube dysfunction (change of weather/ cold may trigger it), or a mix of it.
Good thing is. That hearing is okay.
Fullness is probably because of negative pressure in ear, due to eustachian tube dysfunction.

-Complete treatment as advised by your ENT.
-Review again for an examination, to see if any new changes in ear.
