Pain under the area of toung

Hello iam naveen kumar singh , Recently i have noticed for 14 days ago ,my toung is inflammed and pain under (base) of the tounge .. , and also little bit ulcer , and i have a problem in digestion , i am very disturbed sir .please suggest me

Yes it looks like an ulcer there . Apply mucopain gel twice a day for a week an hour before food. Take painkiller tablet twice a day for five days and maintain oral hygiene. Consult online.
