Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had undergone CSF Rhinorrhea Endoscopic Repair Surgery in Lucknow on Wednesday. It is almost a week but still the liquid is leaking from my right nose (same place) continuously with some blood drops mixed in it. I am also having serious weakness and inability to sit for more than 3-4hrs. Is the leakage normal thing even after surgery? I can't smell things even after so many days. Please help me understand things as I am still in the same situation as I was before surgery with weakness and loss of smell problem added.

I'm having sore throat for the past one week accompanied with dry cough. I'm feeling slight uneasiness when swallowing food or water.

What is the role of Penvir 500. And how many tablets/ days require to get some relief. Can it provide relief after 3 days of taking the tablets.?

The region above my left tonsils or on left side of uvula is white but it doesn't hurt. Why is it like that?

Doctor prescribed me some medicines including 'BIOTIC-O EAR DROP'. Currently, this eardrop is not available. At my nearest pharmacy 'OTEK-AC NEO' was available. I used the eardrop but its paining more now.

What are the foods to avoid in case of moderate hypothyroid, and what are the foods to prefer to take .

Post op one month i still have pain near the eye and in the nose. Mri showed something black but doctor said it is just blood clot from the surgery but not sure what it is. Not even surgeon prepared to see me I went for second opinion but that doctor is not willing. Radiology won't tell me anything So i am helpless

I have been having pain around the eye and found something in the anterior eithmoid cell doctor said that is possible because surgical debri but it is causing a lot of discomfort around the eye and nose.
