Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir, my both ears start vibrating if I hear horn or utensils washing sound. Is tinnitus I hear it occasionally twice in a week

So when i click my ears i feel a stabby type of pain in my lower mandible, i thought its bec of a lymph node swelling and i checked it with local ent but seems rather than from lymph node that is coming from a nerve/muscle there which had made the lymph node tender as wel. My ent has prescribed me with augmentin and zerodol sp for 5 days. I am on it. Please see the image, and note the yellow line, sometimes that nerve/vein gets itchy and sore, and the stabby pain i am talking about comes from under the ramus... Please help.

I had tested covid positive on May 2nd 2021. It was a mild infection. I had lost the sense of smell. But it had returned around 50%. After almost 2 months of recovery, I get this weird rotten smell when I eat egg or some other veggies. How long will it take to recover ? Are there any medicines to help in recovery ?
