Tinnitus, constant sound in ear
Sir, whenever I am in silent room, there is a constant buzzing in ear. Sometimes it's unbearable, actually it's always there in ear, but whenever I am busy or in public places, it's usually not that much concern, but in silent room, or during going to sleep. It's very much concern. My ear is good and no hearing problem.
Pls suggest any medicine to reduce this constant sound.
