Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have swollen lymph node in my right side of neck, it hurts when touched or when i click my ear. Also i feel a little nauseous since 2 days. I had mouth dryness recently since 3-4 weeks for idiopathic reasons, checked by ent and dental they said its normal. This swollen/painful lymph node came in between last 2 days. 4 weeks back i had a upper wisdom tooth extraction in that side but i had taken antibiotics for 5 days. The lymph node that causing pain is 2nd to the below of the ear on the SCM(if m not wrong the partoid or tonsillar lymph node)... So major symptoms: Pain when i clicking my ears, sometimes gum show with a dull pain for 1-2 second and go away, swollen lymph node in neck but not a lump(not visible outside), its swollen a little bit inside and painful, can be felt when palpated only, little bit stomach discomfort and nauseous feeling. Also attaching my cbc report.

Sneezing problem from last 4 -5 days and now I facing high fever (103.5) and body ach. Plz suggest some medicine

Every night I will have running nose, sneezing and sometimes watery eyes. I feel better during day . I am already on montelukast and levocetrizine, however it's not helping me now.

Hi, I have itchy throat and sometimes ear pain from 2 days. Don't have any fever, cold, can taste & smell properly. Wet Cough comes 2-3 times. I gargled with Salt water + took Grillinctus syrup twice a day. But still I feel itchy + ear pain. Normally In cold & rainy whether I get this & goes in 2-3 days. But this time it's not going. Kindly suggest for further treatment.

Hi, I have itchy throat from past 2 days. Normally when it rains & cold whether I get this & usually goes when gargled with Salt water. This time it is not going & itching is coming & going. I gargled with Salt warm water & took 1 spoon of Grillinctus syrup ( twice a day ). I get 2-3 times wet cough sometimes. Attached my throat image, I had operation for tonsils in my younger age. Kindly suggest further treatment.

Right Ear me pain hai.. kai din se ho raha ...ear se laga kr neeche jaw tak pain ho rha ...dard k karan khane me problem ho rahi

Can normal tinnitus sound like whooshing? Like I don't have heart beat sound, it's just straight whooshing, is it normal tinnitus or pulsatile?

What harmful effects does it have by wearing ear pods or earphone while sleeping and listening to low music

I am feeling continuous facial pressure since last 4 months mainly around my nose area. Also the CT scan report is normal with no sinusitis indication

I have cold and sneezing, eyes will so painfull when I sneezing at every morning, as well other time also, Mainly I am under medication for thyorid - 50 Mg daily one tablet. Please suggest me to come out this problem.
