Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I m having problem in throat . I am being recovered from corona from last 2 months still the problem of having something stuck is persist . Please suggest

I am feeling that my right ear suddenly gets closed while sleeping and I can't hear from that side. This is happening from last 15 days. I have put clearwax drops 2-3 times but no help. I have never had any problems related to ent. Ear also seems clean no wax clogged seen. What is the reason of ear being closed suddenly and it remains closed for about half hour then it opens. I feel like something sticks together inside the ear. What should I do??

After taking antibiotic for 8 days my increase epiglottis till seen from 17 June. Now doctor tell me omnacortil 20 for 7 days. Is it good. How can i decrese my epiglottis. Help me. Else there is no throat pain and swallonig, breathing problems

Actually I have two lymph nodes one is on the right side of neck and other on the back side neck under skull area . These lymph nodes are painless . We feel it by fingers. I have strep throat for many days . Ultra sound of my throat and neck is also done . The ultrasound report is normal I want to  know How much time lypmph node take to come in its original size and shape

After covid my sleep has been distrupted .I can't sleep properly I wake up in the middle of the night and I feel that my air passage is blocked which makes me awake all of a sudden. I do snore at night sometime and my nose is blocked almost all the time..though I can breathe... generally I wake up between 4-5 in the morning and then I can't sleep.

After 85 days of resting covid + and 77 days of being negative I am out of black fungus risk?? No symptoms, non-diabtetic, 28 age, by god's grace fit since recovery. For covid, got fit in 7 -8 days in home isolation. CT was clear. Can I start gardening etc or few more days, I have to take caution...Any specific duration? Thanks for your response!!

Initially there was right side hyperpigmentation and also it started in left side too. In left side what I observed is its increasing like this, i dont smoke or eat tobacco.. Now, I have physical got it checked by dentist he said nothing to worry about but i have few questions.. 1. Why is this happening? 2. The partoid papilla is swollen or is it normal? In right side it's not as big as this. Note: no pain or tenderness in any side.. I had applier caziQ, kenacort and dologel ct already, it reduces it for while and whn i stop it comes back... Also had flucos 150 2x week for 4 weeks along with candid b pain, didn't work out.
