Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had recovered from covid 40 days back. Having nose blockage mostly on right side from 27 days. But it alternates. Endoscopy is done twice. Doctor told nothing to worry. CT PNS with orbit is done and attached. Please suggest what can be the problem. Is there anything to worry about mucormycosis or there is some other problem or everything is fine this is post covid effect or some sinus problem. Non diabetic. No steroid taken. Recovered at home.

I have been dealing with constant jaw pain under the ear lobe, jaw line end and neck on the right side. Have ear ringing, soreness, constant feel of something stuck in throat, jaw clicking and grating sound. Went to multiple doctors and dentists. No diagnosis or relief yet. I am currently doing Physical therapy as per OMFS suggestion. I did MRI of Tmj last week and attaching the report. It shows up sigmoid diverticulum. Don't know what that means. Is that something serious? I have constant sore and burning achy type pain under the ear lobe and neck. I tried to self massage my muscles in the face and neck. I massaged near the green dot on the attached picture ( near cheek bone above the upper jaw), it hurts like sore and burning in my usual spot under the ear lobe in the lower jaw. I never massaged in that cheek area before. Today I pressed on a spot and it hurts on the lower jaw under ear lobe. Is it a muscle or any nerve pain? Do I need to see neurologist?

I am facing the problem of tear duct since 3years...but recently between the eye and nose contact point i observed swelling clot...its literal pain when i touch...and as usual water and white sticky discharge dripping out from eye(left side)...remedy for this?? Operation required?

I was tested Covid positive on 24th April..on dexamethasone for 10days first 7days 4mg BD then 4mg OD since 2nd of May I am symptom free..around 2 weeks ago I found swelling over my face around my nose..so I visited ent specialist as I was worried for black Fungus but after endoscopy and clinical examination they asked me not to worry . I just want to know do I need to go through MRI or CT scan although I don't have any symptoms.. beside slight headache which is not persistent and alternate nasal block.. Plz guide..and for how long I am under threat black Fungus..I have no co morbidity and my sugar level is always under normal range Plz advice.

I had mild covid in april which i got recovered at home but ..now i am feeling like left nose is sometimes blocked as i now give more attention to it and also dryness in nose ..I consulted doctor 2 weeks ago and he gave me nasal spray amd said its post covid symptoms and it will get automatically ok .But due to left nose blockage im little afraid as such amd worried about it ..pmease tell me what to do

I was covid positive on 10 May with mild symptoms. After a week i started experiencing breathing difficulty through nose but Oxygen levels were above 98. CRP, D- Dimer, CBC were all fine. I visited ENT doctor who told i have atopy and it has aggravated. She gave anti-allergic, nasal spray, anti-fungal, antibiotic, deriphyllin which I took for almost 9-10 days but symptoms persisted. Then i got nose X- Ray done and it was mostly fine with little inflammation. I got my ECG and Echo done and they are fine. It has been almost a month since i started feeling those symptoms but Still I feel i can't breathe effortlessly and sometimes my nosal passages are also not clear. I don't have any major cough or any phelgm or mucus coming out of nose or mouth. Sometimes i feel mild pain in my chest or stomach. Really don't know what's happening. Kindly advice.

I have been having a runny nose for years at this point. It clears once in a while when I exercise or so but whenever i wake up in the morning I will have a blocked nose and by the evening it's going to be runny with frequent discharge. Im often lethargic and have to breathe through my mouth, and visited many doctors, some who say it's allergies but my home has been scrubbed down multiple times. I want to take a test for allergies to find out what it is. A friend asked to check for Cranial CSF leak(?) because the runny nose is often spontaneous and just drips down, drainage is there through the back of the throat as well and I always need some tissues with me because of this. Please help me.

Sometimes my nose bleed .today I have seen a lump in my ri8 nose.it is not paining at all..is there anything to worry?
