I bit my tounge during sleep early hours yesterday. I have bite spots and it is paining a little. I applied ice and oragel ointment. I'm not able to eat anything properly because if these spots. I have got one spot in white color also. Can you please advise any treatment

Today while having food got some burning sensation on inner lips. Then i checked after. I found some red spots on inner lip. I am attaching the picture. They are somewhat painful when i touch with my tongue. Is it something to be concerned for?? Please help. I am worried after searching the web results.

Hi, It's been 10 days when she recovered from corona. During corona she had hospitalised and had remedesiver. She is using medicines for BP and muktivitamins now. Hi dear doctor, Sat sri akal Sir actually 3 years ago I had cold problem. Every day I feel like as I have fever but it was not I had cold problem after facing this problem for months I went to hospital for check up they said I had sinus problem and I start medication about 2 year. In these days I had swelling on my right side of face but doctor said there is no swelling simultaneously I had no relief I felt very bad every day I had cold my and mind get blink. Finally I took decision to get surgery but when I went to doctor who do surgery he checked my nose and said I had nose infection. There is no sinus problem now I feel very good I have little bit cold problem but dear doctor I have swelling in my right side of face I also went to eyes doctor and nose surgery doctor to tell I had swelling on my right face it also cover my eye right side of my eye look small than left but they don't believe in me Please give me some solution about it
