Res doctors i have lot of small small buldges in bottom of right side tonsil when my tongue rubbs and discomfort ...is it linugal tonsil or something i m affraid

I am facing problem in hearing from my right year! I guess it is an earwax buildup. I have started at-home earwax cleaning procedure by using eardrops. I wish to know whether or not I should consult an ENT specialist or continue the procedure at home! Is irrigation necessary after applying eardrops? How do we perform that?

Unconsciousnessly I use atarax drop directly to my babies ear. Is it harmful or not? What I have to do?

Can I take Vertin 8 mg , dolo 650, aziwok 500 mg together? I've been prescribed dolo 650 and aziwok. I've been taking vertin for more than a week for decreased hearing in one ear. Can I take these medicines together at night after food? I also have Nexito half a 5 mg tablet in the morning. Please let me know if there are any interactions.

Hi I have redness at the back of my throat with dark red lines. I don't have any cough or cold, however the redness has been for over a month now. I had recovered from covid 5 months back had had a lot of gastric issues like bloating, loose stools etc. What could be the reason for this redness?

I have recently travelled out of state and was out in the sun for a minimum of 3 hours. I'm back at home and now i have sore throat, I'm unable to swallow also cold too. I also got fever in the evening and after taking paracetamol it was gone but the sore throat and cold persists. I'm unable to eat spicy food in general and also because I couldn't swallow Im unable to eat anything. Please suggest what should I do?

For past 2 days, I am getting pain in the left side of neck and back while swallowing food or drink . It happened suddenly and now this pain is getting uncomfortable.
