Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have whistle sounds sometimes in my ears. I have other health issues like I have anxiety issues. I have cervical pain n numbness in body I have back pain. Also ghabrahat and gas issue. Please suggest me something.

Swelling near the right nose and sometimes nose feel dry and blocked and sometimes feel opened .this is a problem occurring from 1 month but I noticed the swelling two days back .do I need to worry ?

I am having some throat pain since 4 to 5 months. Since this corona I couldn't tested it. I am using hot water for drinking, still I am having some issues with my throat. While swallowing it's quite a little difficulty I am facing. Please give me some solution. Thanks

I have blood clot in the nose where the doctor previously put a splint after the surgery. Two weeks on it is still there. It started last week 4 days after the stiches were removed. Is there any medicine for it to go away?

Attaching the photo of of my swelling please help me .I am very scared I noticed this swelling 3 days back and I feel sometimes my nose is blocked sometimes it's open .I have covid 3 months back I have tested postive for covid on 10 of April and tested neg for covid on 3 may then I got pnemonia and and it get ok from 12 may then I started feeling pain on my face and eyes then I consulted a ent and he said nothing to worry then I went well and I felt fine then after that when I use to cry I produce a lot of mucus from mouth and nose .and now the swelling is developing. Please help me I am very scared .

My mother aged 58 suffers from cervical spondylosis from many years and from few weeks she is complaining of stiff neck and there is a bulge below neck like a hard lump on left which is painful.she thinks toomuch and always sweating through head much.there is a pulling pain from below neck to the left ear and pain in ear while moving head.is it related to vertigo or anything or how and what should be done next.she had put vaccine 2 months back so is this any side effect of it .

Hello I got covud postive on 10 April then I got neg on 3 May and then doctor said I have mild pneumonia then I have done the CT scan there is zero infection and from 13 of May I started getting pain in eyes and sometimes in teeth and some tenderness on face then I consulted the ent and they said nothing to worry because ei am scared of black fungus at that time after sometime I got relive from pain in the eye and then my nose started getting blocked from 27 of May when I used to cry there is lot of mucus coming from the mouth and nose .then I consulted a herbal doctor and she said it is an allegory and I have some breathlessness at that point of time and now I feel my nose I'd getting dry sometimes and sometimes is open and sometimes is closed when I wake up in the morning I feel my nose is dried block and from two days there is little swelling near maxillary sinus and I am worried what it can we and I noticed this small line on mouth and asked the docor she said its nothing pls help
