Lymph node or lump to be worried

Asked for Male, 23 Years

In the picture attached which I have been observed but rarely can see only when I pull my skin. It is soft movable when fingers are put in it. No pain , probably noticed it a year before too. Is this lump serious

This is possibly a lymph node, we have to do Sonography of neck and FNAC test to confirm the reason of enlargement. Mostly infection or Tuberculosis.
