Hi doctor, I am having pain in my left ear.i had used earbuds to clean my ear but now i have slight pain.

It has been a month I recovered from covid 19 but I couldn't smell and taste only sour can be tasted what could be the reason and any treatment for this I am really scared of this as I could not even smell burning things
