Ear is paining for 6 days no discharge but swelling in inner ear what medicine should I take and can I take mox 500 tablets what precaution should I take to reduce aching What should I put inside my ear to get a relief from swelling

Nasal congestion due to lump inside my Nostrils I really don't know what it is ? But I want to know, When I breath flow of air in right/left obtructs air flow. A lump inside my right nostrils suddenly appears when right side lump disappears then again lump appears on left side and then left lump disappears this things happen alternatively it irritates me? I am using this application first time. Please give some suggestions and Cure.

I have 3 abscess upper tooth infection  in right jaw and 1 abscess impact wisdom tooth in lower right jaw... I have develop right nostril pain and dry irritation inside.. I having low grade fever from past 12 days.... I took doxy 100 mg for 5 days bcs of elrage ovary and kidney stone... Im post 7 weeks covid home isolation...4 weeks back I had swelling in upper right jaw took ct scan it showed teeth infection... I have burnt my throat after eating hot food and now I am out of my taste in the throat area and I cannot feel any salty and sweet feeling inside and again whenever I try to swallow saliva I can feel English cold feeling in my throat as if that saliva is touching my throat which was not earlier. Also I can feel problem in swallowing food and also the food is coming upwards little bit instead of going into stomach.
