Sir. I have a bad taste in mouth and same sense of smell while only eating something salty food items. this problem is continue from since about 25 days. Plz give me some suggestions.

I have observed, I am able to breathe, from single nostril, after some days the blocked nostril gets unblocked and unblocked nostril gets blocked. I have used nasal spray and no luck, I am trying breathing exercises but not able to unblock both the nostrils.

Hello Doctor I'm getting lot of sneezing in the morning. This usually happens as soon as I wake up. Tears in the eyes and sometimes eye irritation is also there. I used to be very energetic and run in the morning. However, last 1 year, I feel weak in the morning hours. Sneezing stops later in the day and I feel better, no impact of sneezing during the day. I don't know if this is sinusitis, allergic rhinitis or my immune system has gone down. Please advise what I should do. Thanks Prasanna
