Throat clearing
Sometimes i need to clear my throat more often while talking or if just going to talk like ahem! There is no pain in my throat or any swelling no heart burn no sore throat and no problem in eating and swallowing There is mucus while i clear my throat that is white What can it be kindly please tell

This looks like u might be having laryngopharyngeal reflux issues ... Plz increase your water intake , avoid hot and spicy food, avoid indulging in tea or coffee too much ... Dont go to bed just after dinner ... If the symptoms still persist plz consult an ent specialist

Most likely it is post nasal discharge, get an ENT examination to rule out any sub clinical infection.
