Hearing capacity increase
After audiometry test, met ENT specialist for my hearing problem, said there is hole inside ear so needs to go suergery. At present I am unable to undrrgo surgery. Instead of it can you prescribe medicine/ drops or hearing aid for curing and improve hearing capacity.

Hearing aids should not be used in a perforated ear as it will cause further repeated infections, if you are unable to get the surgery currently try to keep the ear dry.

Can u share your test reports to check how much is the hearing loss .  Unless there is discharge don't put any drops into the ear,  keep ears dry avoid water entry

If you have pain or pus discharging ,medicines are required . Otherwise only precautions-keep ears dry and avoid water entry into ears.
