When I touch my ear feel like rubber band type like when we stretch rubber band I realse and then the sound come totally like that I feel my ear when I touch my ear or when sleep on pillow

I wonder how your ear is making sound when you stretch it like a rubber band. Maybe you have Tinnitus or Jaw joint problems.
