Taste rotten onions and dairy taste bad
Anything that has onions raw or cooked, the whole dish only tastes of rotten onion/garlic/egg. Even smell is the same. The taste of milk or curd is very strong. I have alot of hairloss since a month too. These symptoms are active since 2-3 weeks. I feel loss of appetite by just thinking of food. I can taste and smell everything else but anything that has onions is unbearable, any sabzi. I have attached a photo of my tongue

Tongue looks fine.
You have not mentioned if you have any nasal symptoms.
You may be having some nutritional deficiencies leading to hairfall.
You need proper evaluation.
