  4. Left ear and throat pain. Suggestions.

Left ear and throat pain
Hi Sir/Mam, I have a bump in palatoglossal pillar. I have noticed it only 2 days back. And i have left side throat and left ear pricking sensation..mild pain sometimes. I have little motion problem..so was drinking more water with eat much bananas and guava..radish. Please help with suggestions.
