Throat and ear pain
Hi doctor, I have been suffering from throat pain ans ear pain few months. It comes and goes. When I swallow, drink, sneeze, burp it hurts. If I catch cold it is more severe. If no cold pain is mild. But it is not going away completely. What to do?

The cause is eustachian tube dysfunction. Start doing valsalva manoeuvre for about a week and steam inhalation. If the issue still persists , visit an ent specialist for evaluation of the same and it's management

Hi it’s mostly looking like and Eustachian tube dysfunction You and take antihistamine / avoidance of cold food items and drinks With spicy food for a few weeks Valsalva, and steam with Sinarest apical wil help
