Inflammatory tongue throat due to reflux
Doctor i am suffering by chronic phatyngitis and silent reflux..my throat inflammed fully and i have irritation always on my throat...stomach burning and immediately gas release farting...tongue always debris and itching

Avoid spicy and oily food. Take small frequent meal. Avoid smoking and drinking. Avoid fermented food at night. Do yoga in morning. Cap. Rabez l two times a day Syrup mucaine gel 2 tsp 3 times a day.
