Need more history about your nasal and ear problem ... Firstly need to know why you started using the nasal spray. 1. Long term usage of xylometazoline nasal drops leads to rhinitis medicamentosa 2.Fulticasone nasal spray have less systemic absorption . So, it's advised for the long term.
