What is concha bullosa in the left side? I have DNS in my right nose causing nasal blockage. Reports attached

There are 3 shelves of bone called Turbinate in the node which are responsible for conditioning the air. The Concha bullosa refers to air cell like a Sinus in the Middle Turbinate, it maybe an just Normal variety or could be causing trouble blocking the other Sinuses.
