Need clarification on probelm nasal ploy
Hi myself final year mbbs student and the symptoms I have are Waking up in middle of night, headache, right nostril block during night, tiredness after waking up My pns ct-DNS to right with bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy, and left middle turbinate concha bullosa, right maxillary sinus polyp  IgE is elevated Pls I need some clarification weather my symptoms r due to these findings or should I under go any other tests or Fess is required?? On flutucosone and montek lc as of now

Ur symptoms r due to the findings came in CT PNS take trail of medicine if these symptoms r subside than fine otherwise plan for surgery

Since you’re in final year I suggest you trial of medication for 2-3 weeks And plan for surgery Cos DNS could be the cause of ur headache and that won’t get reduced by medications
