Burning and itching sensation in gums
My mother is diabetics (controlled - not on insulation) but she feels burning and itching sensation in gums while eating food . Doctor has given her ORASEP gel to apply on gums but it didnt much relief also tried some other gel but no relief She has cleaned her teeth once after that some relief she felt but it occurred again Please suggest good medicine She is allergic to  brufen , anelgen , reglan chemical group

She needs to see a dentist , if she has ulcers then contact online for better evaluation and management
