  4. Tongue bitten. Suggest me some medicine!

Tongue bitten
I accidentally bite my tongue yesterday just after woking after sleep. It was really painful for few hours but no blood or any injury sign. Today also it's paining mildly and now it's have a small red marka over there. Pls suggest me some medicine regarding this
