Hello Doctors, I have been Taking Allopathic Medicine for Cold and cough for 15-17 year consistently, now, I want to know the root cause of my Increasing weight, if its thyroid, or its because of Allopathic drug's side effect or any other reason? Can someone tell me what kind of test should i get done to know all these things? Like my Body Fat and Lean Body Mass percetage, and other reasons etc? Please tell me..

I have been  suffering from gynocomastia since 6 years .chest are looks like swallon of both side.when i press then i feel something hard feel like gilti. It is also panning many times.whether it is curable by exercise and edicine.
