Obesity Problem
Hello Doctors, I have been Taking Allopathic Medicine for Cold and cough for 15-17 year consistently, now, I want to know the root cause of my Increasing weight, if its thyroid, or its because of Allopathic drug's side effect or any other reason?
Can someone tell me what kind of test should i get done to know all these things? Like my Body Fat and Lean Body Mass percetage, and other reasons etc?

At first check ur blood test for find out reason of increasing weight. Start exercise and walk early morning and evening. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fluids. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
