I have become very worried about artificial sweeteners, GMO's, and processed foods very recently. I am 19 years old and have been eating heavily processed food for as long as I can remember. Unintentional weigh lose and dizziness.

Hi, for the past few months I've been losing a lot of weight unintentionally(about 20lbs) and feeling dizzy very often, mostly when I stand up and it gets a bit fuzzy for about 10-15 seconds. I'm 17, female. 5"3 and currently weigh 127lbs. This has been going on since around the end of may-start of June. I'd love some advise or guidance because I'm starting to get a bit worried. Thanks :)

Tell me which food I should eat plz

At present my duties are at jungle area (tribal area) where I cant get variety of foods. Only tur dal, chana dal, rice is available there. No vegetable is seen there. My duties are for 6 months continuously per year.So I am lacking of balanced diet there. Can you advise good tabs / syrups/ tonics to compensate the loss of various vitamins and minerals plz. My age is 52 years now.
