Eating problem

Less then a year ago I started to feel not hungry at all I was only eating a little maybe about once a day after while I weighed 170 when I originally weighed 190 I have not have not eaten more then twice a day since then more recently I went more to eating once then twice and within a week I went to 165 to 155 I wake up with the feeling of wanting to vomit when I try to get breakfast I gag and I’am just overall not hungry
