My husband's triglycerides levels are 252. He smokes and drinks frequently, if not regular. He is 5'6" and weight is 81. His dad also has high triglycerides levels. How to tackle the same? What to eat and avoid?

Eat homemade light food only avoid all junk sweets oily fried things . Walk n do exercises . drink more water . Consult personally for proper guidance and help
