Over weight
My height is 5 feet 3 inches.and weight is 90 kg.need to loose my to 60 kg within a month.i have already lost 5 kg weight till now.how to go abt it.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday .Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Provide me complete information of ur medical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Start exercise and brisk walk early morning and evening . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
