Hello, I am looking for a diet plan that encourages hair growth and helps in losing weight. I have vitamin D deficiency in my body due to which I am losing hair and gaining a lot of weight. What should  a proper Indian diet include to maintain body weight and strengthen hair.

I want to reduce weight . I tried my best everytime but after few days I quit and again weight increases. 2 years back my weight is perfect and i have packs but then I quit gym.and take huge alcohol.
