Hi.. My 2.3 year old toddler does not eat at all. Literally says no to any kind of food. She will eat a maximum of 1 bread in a day or some biscuit and that's all. Additionally we give her soy milk 12-14 oz max when she is asleep cuz she doesn't like to drink milk. She is lactose intolerant.
Her paediatric says her weight gain and activity is fine so we need not worry about her food intake. But being a mother it concerns me - how can she not get hungry for the whole day? Could this be a sign of an underlying problem. She gets very cranky and I assume its cuz she hasn't eaten the whole day but when i offer her food she again refuses. Have tried new things but all she likes and wants is an ice cream. Thats all!
Pls advise.
