My son is 2.7 yrs old. We are vegeterian. But for him we are giving boiled eggs 2/day. We are not getting country eggs here. So giving him broiler white eggs only. Is it good to give or not? Will get any harmonal imbalance due to this? Also 2 eggs per day is overloaded? He is not eating food properly.

Yes two is overloaded.,it will be difficult for him to digest. Give him one egg on alternate days ,see his nature of digestion ,then slowly start everyday one,. Along with egg u give him milk, buttermilk, vegetables, fruits ,so that other nutrients will also be compensated.

There is no harm in giving broiler eggs. You should give only one egg per day along with other things too. Always remember other nutrients are also important along with protein.

Greetings for the day! It's pleasure to help you on this platform. Going kids need proteins but also need good balance of carbohydrates and fats too. As per age every child has a perticular requirement of protein. Giving eggs is a good practice but don't over do it. 1 egg per day is ok. As it depends on the climatic conditions where you stay and digestion power of the child. Encourage other home food like red  rice or millets , vegetables and fruits to spare the proteins for growth.

Hello! Broiler eggs are perfectly safe, make sure it is from a trusted source. You can give one full egg and one egg white daily. Give it in different meals to balance out protein intake.
