My son is 19 month old and is overweight (15.8kg) He is not fat but more tall and heavy as compared to other toddlers of his age.
He also has patches (Acanthosis Nigricans) on different areas on his body. Need advice on diet

You dont have to put your toddler on a diet instead
* encourage her to be more active.
* offer her a healthy, balanced diet
Children under five need to be physically active for three hours a day. That doesn't mean she has to be running around for three hours straight!
Limit the time your toddler spends watching TV or playing on the computer or tablet. An hour or two a day is more than enough.
Your toddler's still growing, so she doesn’t need to lose weight.
