Hello As babies are active and playful, you need not worry. As their birth weight is low, so slowly they will catch up. Give them khichdi, Dalia, dal, rice, curds, banana, apple puree, start adding green vegetables in their meals gradually. Give them fresh fruit juice, vegetable soup etc. Thanks

Hi As long as your child is eating well, sleeping well and playing well you don't need to worry about anything. Looking thin is not a problem, as they grow the muscle weight will increase automatically So please don't take stress. Thanks & Regards Neha

Active babies are healthiest, weight will take its own course...Give them homed cooked meals, like khichdi vegetables like carrots, palak, tomatoes, beetroot, sweet potato, and soyabean, curd, nuts, like almonds, cashew ground etc Encourage social eating, like make them eat with parents, and talk to them ..Do not watch tv or phone when eating, interact with them. DO NOT FORCE FEED..give them small 6 meals a day...May their potty habit regular and a particular time. Parenting is tough....All the best!!

Hi, As per the age of your babies, they must be in the teething period. During teething, many times children face Diarrhoea (loose stools) & sometimes fever too. Due to these conditions, usually the diet intake becomes low resulting in slow weight gain. You may introduce fruit pulps, fruit custard, mild smoothies, little churn parantha with ghee, boiled egg mashed potato & banana etc. But remember to give the above items in controlled portions not more.
