Dear Ma'am/Sir, I lost 24 kg last year with lipo therapy with very strict diet and regular gym exercise.I also participated in 10 km marathon and won achiever medal.One day I met with an accident with vehicle and there was little blood loss.I didn't feel any pain at that time.I continued daily gym activity.One day suddenly I felt pain in the knee that was hurt and I wasn't able to walk properly.I showed it to three doctors.2 doctors told me for an operation and 1 didn't tell for operation.I have stopped my gym for 3 months and I have gained 8 kgs.I have been asked to rest so that my knee recovers soon but I am gaining weight day by day.I want to control my weight and stay healthy. Please recommend how can I maintain my weight with this condition. I have attached MRI reports,please refer to the same.
