Hello,   I often feel too much exhausted myself after doing cycling and other exercise  about 30min in morning. Moreover, i feel tire over that day . Thereby, i wanna know what should i have in my diet for get rid of that problem.Besides , can i take protein supplements such as whey protein power , numbers of bananas, a lot of milk, egg etc..if yes plz suggest me the quantity i have to take everyday .
