I'm too skinny and I'm 22.I'm 5'4".My bowel function is not too good.And I'm suffering from low blood pressure and hairfall.What type of basic south Indian diet I can take at my home to improve my body figure look like a young girl with proper shape and breast without going to clinics.I have thyroid too.My skin is loosing elasticity.I took pancha karma treatment by my own for 5 days.
