You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still need assured weight loss then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

start with diet which you gives you lightness like low fat food products, you can opt for gluten free food products . no oil, you can take ghee but in moderate quantity, add barley atta roti or 100% oats atta roti in diet avoid-potato, arabi, matar, zimikand, kathal , rajma , chana for sometime, avoid mangoes, grapes, chikoo, kiwi, banana add- single toned milk and curd gluten free breads, dark or diet chocolate if u hv sweet tooth,
