Hi, Your bmi is 30 kg/m2 , and you definately ned to reduce your weight.  Normal BMI range for asian indians is 18.5 to 23 kg/m2. To prescribe diet chart, i need to know various things like diet type, your daily exercise routine,  meal pattern, frequency  , quality and quantity of diet   , lab reports, co morbidity and few more things as well.
