My mother has sugar 307 in fasting. I have done a blood check. In liver function test her total protein is 8.7 and globulin is 4.20. Alkaline Phosphatase is 153. Bilirubin congugated is .40.Her LDL cholesterol is 188.2 and VDL is 39.8. Total cholesterol is 269, triglcerides is 199. My question is can she consume Amway Nutrilite Protein Powder and Almonds-cashew and pista?

I workout for about 5-6 days a week, strength and conditioning mainly. I have lost about 20kgs in the past one year. I have been taking one scoop of whey protein supplement (by Health Farm) everyday since 8 months.
