I want to gain some weight I'm under weight and I'm trying to increase my weight but however i try nothing better happens

I'm under weight suggest me something for weight gain as I have tried milk bananas even I took proteinx shake but that was also not helpful, so please suggest me something so that I can put atleast 10-15 kgs

Hi my height is 5"10 & weight is just 52. I am pure vegetarian. & diet is not that much bad. Same food my frnd have his weight is increased but not mine. Having homemade food mostly. I want to gain weight. Can anyone please help me to gain weight with natural process.

I workout daily and take whey protein and gainer. But unable to put on muscle or weight. Max i gain upto 63kg..but if i stop working out it comes down to 60

Hello doctor, I have been doing exercise and eating a lot for month but i am unable to gain any mass. I am thin and i want to gain some fats. What are the best way and some common tips which should be kept in mind to gain weight?

Please advise what should I eat, especially in summer... ? I ovulate every month on CD 14 at 22mm follicle size,  and get timely periods of on every 31 days.. But this month, I did not ovulate ( may b because of sudden bad news I got on my same day of ovulation).. I took hcg trigger on day 15.. when my follicle was already 26mm.. but still it is a cyst now.. I want it to resolve this month itself... Today is CD 24..kindly advise what should be my diet.. (Fyi... I m trying to concieve since 3 months)
