Most of the hour of my day, I feel sleepy. I always feel tired and less energetic. And I also have problem of gastric, almost every time I feel bloated. However I don't take too much of junk food, once or twice in a week only. I drink two glass of water the time I woke up and at least 8 glass of water in a day.
I just want to feel energetic not by taking medicines but by taking natural items. Please tell me what should I do for the gastric and tiredness problem
