Eat fibrous vegetables. Ridgegaurd,beans,carrot,cucumber,ashgaurd,,cabbage,papaya,apples,grapes,mango.
Raw greengram,cooked horse.gram,..weekly4 to5 days.
Include roasted til ,jaggery daily,in ur breakfast.
Include till oil,in ur cookingmenu.
Eat whole wheat grain flour,redunpolished rice.
Chew an eat food don't just swallow.
Drink 3 to 4 ltrs of water daily.
Exercise,workout,yoga,walking for 1 hr daily.
Sleep peacefully.
