I'm a girl of 17 years my height is 182 cm and weight is 52 kg. I am a marfan syndrome patient also having hypothyroidism(thyronorm 25) i am trying to gain weight for last 1 year.. I ate lot of rice, banana, peanut butter.. Ate a lot of things to gain weight. At last i consulted a nutrition and taking protein powder for last 2 months. Still not a little change... How can i gain weight.. What more i can do.. Can i gain weight??? What's the maximum thing i can do to gain weight??

Good evening team I would like to know how much of boiled eggs a day is safe? As I kept mastrubating a lot i happened to suffer from memory impairment. Eating 2 boiled eggs a day helped me in recovering from side effects of mastrubation. My memory drastically improved. Later I realised my brain needs atleast 580g of choline and that each egg gives 160g of choline. So can I consume 4 full boiled eggs a day egg whites along with egg yolk? Please advise how much is good?

Hello doc.My dad is suffering from CAD,Hypertension,and diabetus.And he is on blood thinners-roseday,and vasoglor.so is it safe to consume green tea, amla juice and garlic when om blood thinners?or do they cause no effect by neutralizing wth those medicines?

And taking protein powder (mass gainer) for the last 4 months.. But not a little change. What can i do.. Can i gain weight with going gym? Why can't i gain weight... What should i do to gain weight. Can i gain weight?

I have a history with piles and weight gain issues, whenever i try to gain weight with supplements or natural ways the piles kick in again.
