I am working in organization where I work in different shifts due to which I don't get proper food on time. It is causing lack of required food minerals in my body. Hi. My LDL is in the borderline and HDL is just less than min required range. I am also having high BP issue for which I am taking tab once in a day. Even, my FBS was just on the borderline.
