I am 21 years old and 5'5" tall. I am gaining about - 3-4 kgs every month. I do eat junk food and rice. I really wanna loose weight now as i look like i am 28-29 years old, but i am not able to cut off on foods like rice, potato, ghee etc as these are in my daily diet. what are the products that i can eat which would help me to crave less for junk food
