Need to reduce 12 kgs to get my normal weight. am 5'3'' and i weigh 72. I have tried various options to reduce my weight and everything went in vain. In need of a permanent solution for weight loss.

I need to lose post delivery weight. Suggest me how to reduce weight. Do I need to follow strict diet or a regular exercise will do. Also I m still feeding my baby. He is 1.5 months old

I have upma/poha for breakfast, a brown bread, and two boiled eggs mixed with fried onion for lunch, handful of peanuts in evening as snacks and a bowl of Daal at night.
