Unable to lose weight

I have been unable to lose weight since a long time, more than 6 months. I also have irregular periods sometimes, it happens on & off. I had been getting my periods regularly but this month I'm late by 12 days. This happens every few months. Also, i always had facial hair but now i feel it has increased especially around the chin & cheeks.

I am not able to gain weight .

I am 6" tall , 19 year old but my weight is just 65kg. I am very thin . I joined gym and took all proper diet but all in vain. Specially my face is very slim and no mass or fat on it. I eat more also and took 4 meals a day but no result. so please help me.
